Registration

  • Registration for nonmembers of NPSA. Membership status determined by having recently renewed member dues. Guest rate includes BOTH Friday night and/or Saturday night dinner events. If only wanting one of these for a guest, book separately.
  • NPSA members. Guest rate includes Friday night and/or Saturday night dinner events. Note: it is recommended to pay NPSA dues first so your membership is up to date, then register for the meeting. Guest rate includes BOTH Friday and Saturday night events.
  • For non members of NPSA who support surgery. Guest rate includes BOTH Friday night and/or Saturday night dinner events. If wanting only one of these for guest see optional rates.
  • Abstract presenters, residents, medical students, NPSA member candidates. Guest rate includes BOTH Friday Night and/or Saturday Night dinner events. If wanting only one event for guest, pay separately.
  • Former members of NPSA now retired. Guest rate includes BOTH Friday night and/or Saturday night dinner events. If guest is attending just one of these, choose from optional rates.
  • For access to virtual links to the meeting live. Choose this option if you are not attending in person but will attend online.

Registration:

Registration fees for attendees include meals, access to exhibit areas and seminars and social functions. Guest rates apply for meals and social functions.

All attendees will use the Whova app at the event. View all abstracts and e-posters, chat with other attendees, ask questions of panelists and presenters live during the presentations, share photos... and more.  

Registration Rates:

NPSA members: $475
Non-member surgeons:  $575
Retired surgeons, support staff, RN, PA: $325
Residents/Medical Students/ Presenters of Abstracts:  $250 (note, if you an NPSA member paying for a resident presenter, find that on the guest rate and list their name).  Virtual access only, $200

Guest Rates (spouses, plus 1's etc):

Museum of Glass Social, Friday: $85
President's Banquet, Saturday: $100

Note! The Murano had a fire last week and guests staying in the hotel rooms are being moved to the Mariott Downtown Tacoma. We apologize for the inconvenience! The conference facilities are not impacted so we are still AT THE HOTEL MURANO.

CME Info:

NPSA has filed for CME credit with the American College of Surgeons. 

COVID-19 Precautions: 

We will respectfully ask that those planning to attend in person be vaccinated. We will be following the most current mask mandates for indoor gathering and our seating will be spaced comfortably. Hand sanitizer stations will be provided.

NPSA Dues:

Pay your dues on line. Just log in with your email, check your contact info and pay your dues invoice. Dues are $200 per year. Dues for 2022 are due now. If you have any questions or want to pay by phone or check, contact NPSA at 503-371-7457.
